google drive/doc usage help

I set 2 forms on my google drive. 

 

1st - form has a excel type layout for my information.

 2nd - form is where i put in the information that will then populate the cells in form 1.

 

 

i was wondering if anyone knew how to click on just a column of information and show only that column.

 

like i am trying to get it to look some what like the form 2 after I click on the column.

 

or for it to show only the columns information. 

 

i have email google about this but i have not gotten any helpful information about this issues.

yea the first 1 is a spread sheet. i was trying to think of the word "spread" street for a while haha -_-'
