Is the steam workshop broken?

So ive been trying to see some of the mods available for some of the music based games namely audiosurf 2 and beat hazard however for both of the games there is no workshop content, this is odd because it says both have 3000+ mods and then when i click to view what mods are available it shows nothing.

Skyrim workshop is loading for me, though interface looks a tad different. Possible lag issues cause of the sale? New interface being deployed? Not sure but at least it seems to be regional issues
