Best Bluetooth Stack for Windows 7 A2DP?

I've got the jaybirds bluebuds x BT headphones.

 

I think they sound better on my MBP than my windows 7 PC. I've got the asus BT211 on Windows. I was wondering if anyone could recommend alternative BT stacks I can use that perhaps allow tweaking the SBC bitrate? 

 

Or perhaps a different USB dongle that will offer better audio quality.

That's your problem right there...

 

You need to get something that's 4.0

And with proper antennae.

Apparently 4.0 Doesn't matter for A2DP, but perhaps a newer bluetooth dongle will be better, protocol version notwithstanding
