1. if i upload my itunes music that i bought, is it gonna think its unlegit?

2. i also have a few cds i ripped back in the day?

3. got the free albums from microsft

4. and free albums from giveaways.

hows it going to know these are legit vs lets say a pirated version?

GPM literally gives no shits. I have some pirated stuff, and it still works fine.

someone of the uploaded music, is just matched to thier servers as well, so if u did pirate it, it wouldn't know

They don't do server matching from what I know, so it wouldn't know period.

lies, i had a google wallet with play store credit on it for a while before i finally went to the bank to open an account.

 

I made the account on my phone not pc so you might want to try that.
