Windows BSOD "SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION"

I was playing Skyrim when it froze and then I got the BSOD with the message "SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION"

 

I really dont know whats going on here. I suspect its either the Nvidia Drivers or Windows. The dump file is like 13 gigs.
