need to know if this psu has the connections for a MSI R9 290X Lightning

http://www.directron.com/fdpsuin2b650w.html

r9 290x requires x2 8pin and x1 4 pin connectors

Why can't a Cleric/Priest/Bishop help a beginner KoC? Cause he's No-bless...When I post something, the thread dies.OR I'm incredibly good at giving informations,
OR I'm a thread killer.
Prolly both.

two 8 pins and one 6 pin* and no it does not

You technically can get a molex to pcie adapter though (your gpu probably came with one). Although, I'd recommend a new psu.

Well, if you'd possibly go XFIRE, then I'd suggest spending a bit more and getting a psu that can handle XFIRE 290xs.

The 290x lightning has two 8 pins and one 6 pin, no 4 pins connectors.

And if you're willing to spend $80~, then get this instead: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438017&cm_re=evga_g2_750-_-17-438-017-_-Product

Or this if you may add a second 290x lightning: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817438018&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID=

No

A 6+2 pin connector is a 6 pin connector, which also has 2 pins that dangle. So if you just plug in the 6 pins, then it's a 6 pin connector, if you plug in the 6 and 2 pins then it's an 8 pin connector.
