Driver Windows 7 Corrupted

Hi everybody, I have a pc here (not mine), an HP pre-assembled one that has Windows 7 on it. 

The driver of the usb (2.0) seems not to work and I wouldn't be here writing this post if there was everything but usb where to plug keyboards/mice... 

So I'm asking you if there are other ways to install a drive without formatting (I repeat, that's not mine)...
