Help me troubleshoot my problem

Its a Killer E2200 NIC, right now its really sluggish and slow, also sometimes things won't load. and Google chrome sometimes stops loading the page and says "this page is not available" then it will automatically refresh and load or sometimes not, or else I have to manually refresh and it will load or not. Basically its really unreliable.

Based on the info you have given...  I'd try using the onboard ethernet connection & see if this issue still exists.  If so, then it's probably a windows issue.  If not then it's an issue with the Killer NIC.  Uninstall all drivers for the Killer NIC, reboot & then windows should redetect the hardware, give it the proper driver, and see what happens.  Hope this helps!!
