Evga G2 is going to be the best option for your no doubt, but you don't need 750w. If you plan on doing sli you can still get away with a 650. Single gpu a 450w is more than enough.

The Problem with Evga G2 750W that I can't put on the bottom of the case The FAN 120mm

Dimension  85mm (H) x 150mm (W) x 180mm (L)

With a 120mm fan installed, you are able to install a power supply up to 160 mm deep
If you have a power supply deeper than that, yo uwon't be able to install a fan on the bottom panel.

Thank you

so 650 Watt isn't enough ?

so the minimal PSU for my rig is 750W?

650w is enough for two 980s, but the 750 EVGA G2 is pretty much the best psu for the money.

What case do you have?

The Corsair AX760 is also an excellent psu, just not as cost effective: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/corsair-power-supply-ax760
