Computer Will Only Boot Into Safe Mode

I turned it off last night and when I fired it back up today it went passed the bios prompt, but black screens before the windows loading screen (blue one)

 

Ok I know this is vague, but is there anything I can do to find out why it's doing this?

CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 | Cooler: Stock | RAM: 16GB Hyper Fury X RGB | GPU: RTX 2080 Super FTW3 | Motherboard: Gigabyte Aorus Elite| PSU: Corsair RM850x

OK, Well after removing the current AMD drivers I have fired it back up and it works (gonna download the latest drivers and see what happens)

 

EDIT installed latest drivers and it works now.
