Windows 8 Icon Issue

Does anyone know what is the problem with this?

 

 

I'm using Windows 8.1 Pro, I don't know what's the problem but the icons aren't showing properly, it looks like an invalid icon / display.

 

Other font are fine but the icons on these menu are not well.

 

I already reformat it but after few hours the same issue occured.

Do you have the latest Windows updates? That menu isn't in the newest version (Update 1)

Yes. Not sure if it is because of my recent software installation or recent registry clean up. Damn this bug.
