Ive attached an image of my heatsink and ram. As you can see, i can only use one fan on my heatsink due to my ram. Ive been looking at the slim fans from noctua. Would one of these be worth getting? Would it even fit? If so, where can i get some of the fan mouting parts to clip the fans on the heatsink? I lost mine =[.

Ill link to my heatink and the slim fans.

it could make a difference, but the question is does the 3-5 degree MAX difference mean enough to spend $20 on a $60 heatsink?

The stand is indeed made of metal but I wouldn't drive my car over a bridge made of it.
