Problem with H100i

Go to solution Solved by h7779,

operating system?

shut down, turn power off, wait 30sec, reboot and retry.

Thanks for your help, but I found a fixed for it, had to edit the registry.

Just got the H100i and it seems that Corsair Link is not recognizing the pump and the two fans attached to it. I have plugged in the USB of the pump into my mobo USB header but it is still not showing up.

Help please thanks.

And what exactly? Maybe it would help out other people having the same problem.

"Step 1. Search REGEDIT.exe

Step 2. Local Machine\System\CurrentControlSet\Enum\USB\VID_1B11C&PID_0C04\(FIRST FOLDER) then Device Parameters

Step 3. Back up all 7 Reg Files BEFORE EDITING!!!

Step 4. Edit File Names [AllowIdleIrpInD3] [DeviceSelectiveSuspended] [EnhancedPowerManagementEnabled] right click each one and press Modify..

Step 5. Change all to 0

Step 6. Reboot then Open Corsair Link 2 then Your Done.. Thanks for Watching"
