Headphones Help

Well, I was deciding to buy a pair of half-decent headphones for £30-£40 and I have found 2 different pairs, one is on sale and one is not. I need help to decide which pair is better for sound, comfort etc. 

 

Sennheiser HD419 £39 (£15 off)

 

 

Audio-Technica ATH-M20X £31

 

Please help me decide which ones are best for the price.
