Help! AMD Catalyst install package failure!

So guys, my rig is brand new and I just installed a fresh windows, I am getting the error bellow when trying to install AMD drivers... I have Win 8.1 Pro 64 bits and Radeon R9 280...

Try installing the last windows updates, and then try installing it again

try using the disc you got with the GPU then try to update the drivers afterward
