First, but you can improve it, a lot (and by that i mean changing some parts)

The second one, because it has a SSD.

first have dual channel memory, but old mobo and just hdd

second have 'future-proof' mobo, but single memory stick and power supply below recommended for gtx970, i also dont like hybrid drives, especially since it has ssd already
