I've seen alot around about Benchmarking And its various softwares to do it but i require something that will show me if my CPU is bottlenecking my GPU. As i went with the whole "100$ CPU 350$ GPU" Thing

Post down below as to what is your top benchmarking software for when you want to torture your computer you sick basterds.

aida64 extreme is my goto stress tester for pretty much everything. 
When that does not fit with the situation, sometimes i render out a long video in sony vegas, or play a demending game. 

 

If you want to know if your CPU is bottlenecking your GPU, fire up aida64, fire up MSI Afterburner, watch the GPU usage monitor and stress test both the CPU and GPU in aida64.
If it pins to 100% you're good.

prime95. Screw that thing, it frys my cpu.

Prime95 hurts CPUS don't use it. Ever,

How dose it hurt it? it what way?

It overvolts certain CPUs causing super high temps and potentially damaging parts. 

Simply stay away from it.

i think the versions after 27.9 are the 1's to stay away from.

aida 64.

prime 95 +10c or so(talking about the pre 2.79 versions).

IBT +15-20c or so.

 

Your better off saying what CPU/GPU you have and maybe someone will have experience with it.

If it's a AMD athon x2 or something it could be a issue, a dual core Intel would less likey be a issue.

I was a fan of AMD for a long time and after making the switch to intel I don't think i could ever look back.
