If you do include rebates, there's 55CAD of rebates in there so it'll come to under 700, but I don't count rebates. It should perform better in every way, but most importantly it has a CPU with better multi-threaded performance without sacrificing good single-threaded performance.

get a r9 280 instead of the 760 you may want to upgrade the cpu in the near future. but everything else looks good.
