Premier CC Only Exporting Audio

It only exports the audio and no video however the exported files are over 100 mbs. This only happens when change file types from AVI to any other. I dont want to use AVI because the video quality sucks and i cant use anything better because it only exports audio or audio with a black background. Yes i have both export audio and export video checked and it still does it. Please help. :)
