Radiator Mounting postion

I recently got my self a water cooler (120mm) and I installed it (Obviously). However, I've had a couple of questions...

 

1) What position is your reservoir in (ex. Top, Bottom, Left, Right)?

2) Fan position (ex. intake, exhaust | 2 side intake)?

3) Case position (Top of case, Back, front)?

 

That is pretty much it, how would you mount your Rad using the form above.
