Computer Screen, something stuck.

Hey, I've got a little problem. There is something stuck bwtween the glass and LED panel on my screen. Is there any way to fix this? Have done some search on google, but not really found anything. This is really annoying since it's right in the center of my screen. Can't concentrate and getting distracted by it when playing FPS games. I have uploaded a picture below.

It came out of nothing, I know it wasn't there before yesterday.
