Wanting to know if anyone on the forum has a Vortex KBT 60%, I'm looking into buying one after Christmas along with a new mouse and mousepad, I want to know if the back lighting on them is bright and if the build quality is good. I was also wondering if anyone on the forum has any experience with MX White switches. I already have a decent keyboard (CMStorm quickfire stealth MXBrown) but want something with back lighting, preferably purple or orange. The only other keyboard that I would go for is a shine 3 but I have a very small desk and need a big mousepad, so TKL or 60% is really the only thing I can use.

Don't get the white switch VKBT 60%, it actually has 50/50 split of whites and clears. (Half of them make a blue switch click, and the other half don't)

 

As for the right keyboard for you, try looking at the Ducky Mini. Amazing keyboard.

I have a poker II and it is a great board, you should know though that vortex just announced the poker III so you may want to wait!

I was looking into the ducky, but its just out of budget, I can spend about $110 on a board, the mini, from what i've seen is anywhere from $125-$200 for the year of the horse.

then i might wait. If it's not out by the end of the year im just going to go with a poker 2 or just keep my keyboard now and get something else
