OBS and twitch issues

Okay so when I am streaming, my twitch video gets a circle in the middle of it, is this actually caused by OBS?, If so what settings do I need to change?

also today it outright froze the stream completely.

 

Any ideas?

A screenshot might be nice. Sounds like you are describing the buffer circle.

yeah it is that, it appears randomly in the middle of the screen, it never happened with Xsplit gamecaster
