New Case Questions

I am looking to get a new case because I am upgrading my cpu and motherboard and would like a new case as well my specs are at the moment:

GPU: R9 270x Sapphire

CPU: AMD A-10 6700 3.7Ghz

Ram: 12gb

Hdd: 1 tb

ssd: none

Os: Win 8

 

The motherboard I want to get is the GA Z97

and the cpu is i5-4690k.

I was wondering if this case will fit all that and if it wont and you suggest another try to find it around same price range.

I wanted to get the Cooler Master k280 mid tower case usb 3.0 I found it Canadian pricing for 45$.
