A Good ATX Case

Go to solution Solved by Chenty,

Fractal Design Define R4 is a good choice.

Hello, am looking for a good standard ATX Case between £75 - £150.

The two which I have looked at so far are the Corsair 600T, and the Thermal-take S41.

originally I believed that the S41 has an aluminium front panel however, after reading reviews the I found it actually has a plastic door with very fragile hinges and a very thin sheet of aluminium on the front. Almost every reviewer has had the hinges snap on their samples and at the computex booth, all of them broke.

I like the 600T however it is very plastic'y' and that puts me off somewhat.

If anyone knows of some other good options,, please leave them below. I like simple styling, metal if possible.

EDIT: Must have a window.

Fractal Design Define R4 is a good choice.

Doesn't support H100i in the roof, sorry should have mentioned that, it will fit in the front but I am using multiple hard drives.

Or the Corsair Vengeance C70

The C70 and 650D look so ugly to me, not having much luck looking for pretty cases at this price point.

The compatibility list needs updating.

You could always mod a sleek case to have a window. The define R4 is not technically compatible with the R4, but you can make it fit with a bit of wriggling.
