Don't forget, I said the 970 is "hardly" bottleneck. The 920 still bottlenecks a bit. In denser city areas in Watchdogs, usage goes in the 80s. However, with vsync off, this thing hits 90fps in some instances. I'm sure with a better cpu, my framerate will be more consistent, but even so: the 920 is no slouch, and doesn't bottleneck a gtx 970 nearly as much as you seem to think it does.
