overvolting a good idea?

yea they limit them it is safe

so i have had my 7970 for nearly 2 years and my 280x for about half a year both ran at stock volts but overclocked to 1150MHz because the 7970 cant go any further but the 280x can should i over volt them? this is my temps for gaming in BF4 for a while

oh right so i will just get higher temps then i guess
