Screen streaming from Windows to Android

Hey,

 

Is there a program that allows me to stream from my pc to my phone and control the PC from the phone in the same time ?

Teamviewer allows you to do that, though your phone has to be good.

Enable RDP in Windows and then you can connect to it using Microsoft's official app.

 

If you want to be able to connect to your desktop from outside your local network, go into your router and forward port 3389 from your desktop. You can then, rather than typing in the local ip of the desktop to connect, you type in <wan ip>:3389.
