Input on new system?

I recently built a new system. It has a msi z97 mobo, i5 4690k, an msi gtx 970 oc 4gb, 128 gb of crucial ssd, a cm fan and psu and a 1 tb hdd. Any suggestions for future upgrades?

A second 970 if you need more power, a better cooler, a better case, a better monitor (144hz / 1440p)?

Well, a 240/280mm AIO, a second 970, a better monitor (either 144hz or 1440p), and a better psu (EVGA G2 750).

If i am not wrong, my mobo doesnt support sli. If i want to get another card I will have to upgrade my mobo too and thats expensive :/

Hmm... Sell the 970 if/when the 980Ti comes out...

I play a lot of skyrim with enb mods. my gtx 970 is actually struggling a little. I read that some of these mods use cpu to render the visuals. Is that relatively true?

Depends on usage... But it's just some security measure for the forseeable future...
