Judging by your build in your sig (if it is even real) you should max far cry 4...

WTF, your question doesn't make sense, nvidia is the style of gpu and max/ultra/medium/low is a game setting. They are not the same thing.

Low/Medium/High/Very High/Ultra/nVidia

 

nvidia is a graphic quality preset
