High capacity m.2 SSD

I was looking for a 2242 m.2 drive, and I could only find 256GB drives and they are still hard hard to come across. Are there any 512+GB m.2 2242 SSD currently in production or that have been announced and that are going to be coming out soon?

Theres that 480GB DDR3 SSD.

 

Just go to newegg or amazon and search for 512GB M.2 or something.

The largest 2242 M.2 drives i can find are 256GB as well.

Those m.2 drives are not 2242, which mean they will not fit in the circumstances that I have.
