No connection in-game

I can browse the web, download steam games without any problems, but cant play any multiplayer games. I tried DayZ, Arma3, CS GO. None of these work. They get connected to the internet every split second every 10 seconds or so, its unplayable. This started happening after I changed my usb wifi adaptor (which died) to a pci adaptor (asus pce-n10). It did this in Windows 8.1, and it is still doing that in Windows 10. It started by disconnecting from my router while I was ingame, but i fixed that, and it doesnt disconnect anymore. But there is no connection anyway.

I have tried the network drivers in the CD, and the latest ones from asus.com. I updated BIOS. Turned off Defender and Firewall.

I had a similar issue when using a different MAC address,

I doubt it. I disabled Windows firewall and defender. Also tried disabling firewall in my router, but then windows refuses to connect at all, but that cant be the problem since it worked before.

here it was solved

 

 

 

Problem solved!
New IP from ISP provider and every thing work normal now!
I had same problem with Heat online, it was impossible to visit site or run game, now solved!

PS: I can get a new IP by restarting my router/adapter (where the phone line comes into the house)
