So hi guys apparently I have the ITL model : YZ-272T and I need to login with my gmail account to recover it from to many failed passwords, so the keyboard is Arabic and I can't change it I'm stuck, can someone help me ??? say anything you can I won't get offended

Why not just go into settings and change the language?

Why not just go into settings and change the language?

I'm stuck on a screen where it asks me to insert an gmail and password.

Skip it, if its our first time using or recently formated you can skip that part till later, and there should be a langue setting during that part

Are you able to post a image of what screens you see? 

Also when you type, look on the keyboard for a button that may change the format you may need to press and hold some buttons down etc.
