I found, Hewlett-Packard Envy 6-1210sw (D2F32EA)

Not sure what to think about it.

13" Macbook Air

Dell XPS 13

Macbook air is 1365$ in here.

And that Dell XPS is on i5 which I am fine with.

I am mostly focusing on getting ultrabook I can program on and sometimes do some graphics on Adobe Illutrator/Photoshop :P

You realize, that there is actually (almost) no difference between a mobile dual-core i5 and i7 ?

I am not really good if it comes to mobile devices.

PC Builiding is way simpler, you just pick parts you want that are compatible with your motherboard.

Okay, sorry for doubleposting but I reduced choices down to these two (I am going to ask my sister to buy it for me and send it to Poland):

http://www.amazon.com/Acer-S7-392-5401-13-3-Inch-Touchscreen-Ultrabook/dp/B00K2O4UUK/ref=sr_1_17?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1415813147&sr=1-17&keywords=ultrabook

If there is any alternative worth considering, please do mention it!

Since you are talking about 1200$ devices, I'd highly recommend a Macbook Air or a refurb Macbook Pro Retina. They are not that expensive compared to those suggested devices above.
