M.2 SSD Screw Finding Help

Grabster3d

I recently bought a Transcend M.2 SSD(http://www.amazon.com/Transcend-MTS400-Solid-State-TS128GMTS400/dp/B00KLTPUU0/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1415742846&sr=8-4&keywords=transcend+m.2+ssd) for my Lenovo Y410P. I have looked inside my laptop and confirmed that the m.2 port is there. But, the ssd did not come with a screw to screw it down to the motherboard, so I was wondering what size and where I can buy the screw.

A flat head M2x3mm with fine tread would be my guess...  Thankfully engineers are involved and not carpenters, so it'll be a standard...A metric standard at that ;)

The bolt is normally in place on the motherboard regardless of if the slot is populated or not.

P.S.  screws have a pointed tip like a spear.  you want a bolt.

Time to go down to a real hardware store or local hobby shop, guess you can call first to see if they have it to save you a trip.

I roll with sigs off so I have no idea what you're advertising.

This is NOT the signature you are looking for.
