New Gaming PC $CAD

Go to solution Solved by brob,

@Lek,

Nice build. I would stick with the NH-D14.

1. Budget & Location

 1000-1200 $CAD after tax (12% here), willing to go up to $1400.

2. Aim

 Gaming (Old gen like D3, WoW, League, DotA, and new gen games like GTA:V, star citizen, shadow of mordor etc)/web browsing/netflix/ and music production. I plan to Overclock in the near future (within 6months)

3. Monitors

 I am currently running 2 monitors. One is a 23" ASUS 1080p, another is some old Dell 19" that I plan to change to a 1440p monitor in February/March

4. Peripherals

 Don't need any.

5. Why are you upgrading?

 Tired of doing side-grades for the past 6years, just going to upgrade and give this current one to my sister.

Anyways, that is what I have pretty much decided on. Not sure how to copy/paste the PcPartpicker in the thread.

I should mention I do have a Cooler Master 690 II case and a 750W TX Corsair PSU, which don't need to be included in the final price.

Just kinda looking for an overlook of the whole build, and if there is anything that can be changed. Also, AIO cooling or Air cooling for CPU?

Looks good and for the cooling, depends for just normal CPU without overclocking just get Air.
