hi my mum needs a new pc to last her at least around 5 years, she needs to get be able to run 3 monitors being able to run 1 more in the future, the budget is $3000 dollars Australian, she needs peripherals included

Exactly how is the system to be used - types of programs? Four 2560x1440 monitors suggests something like real time stock tracking. It certainly isn't a basic business system.

all she said was that she needs a desktop for her coarse she is doing and needs to be able to run 4 monitors in the future

The monitors are daisy chained with DisplayPort Multi-Stream Transport. (Each monitor will have to have DP 1.2 enabled in its settings.) Up to four 1080 monitors can be in one chain.
