So earlier today I decided to run cinebench. My gtx 770 got a score of 138. I get home from watching a movie and notice extremely low fps in CS:GO. I run cinebench again and get a score of 82 ? What is wrong with my computer and how do I fix it? also, my fps in csgo is under 70 and my fps in bf4 on high is less than 40 ?!?!?!? mom what is happening?

I've had the same problem with a reference PNY card!
