System Restore Disk Space Max Usage?

Just out of curiosity, what do you guys have your System Restore Max Usage to? I'm trying to enable System Restore so that it automatically keeps making restore points on my computer whenever I make a change to it. 

 

The final thing I need to do is set the Disk Space Max Usage. What is this typically set at? Once it gets full it starts deleting older restore points the PC has made.

Make it relative to how much of a back log you want to keep. If you want to be able to go back months or even years make it larger. If you just want to go back to the day before as a fail safe, make it smaller.

Microsoft says it requires at least 300MB So I'm assuming anything over like 10GB is pretty much several days to a month or so?

Ah ok I just found out, apparently the default is typically 3-5%. I just chose 5 to be safe. Thanks for helping out though.
