just want someone who knows what they are doing to give me their opinion because this is the first time i have built a pc and i don't want to buy something stupid

also i do plan on overclocking a little bit

I would go with a H105 if you can. For a high end system like this, it's worth having. 

 

To save some money, you could go with the Gaming 5 motherboard and maybe some 1600MHz RAM. You could also be fine with a 4690K, but if you're doing any editing or other similar work, it will benefit you to go with the i7.

A bit more economical. Costs less and lost none of the performance. Should also be quieter because of the meaty air cooler vs the 120mm AIO.
