looking for GPU rack/case/holder thing

I've been messing around with a mini PCI to PCI cable and my laptop and I was wondering if anyone had seen something like a small box with a vent that a PCI card can slot into (you know with the usual mounting system most computer cases have)

I hope you mean PCI-E, PCI is pretty old. But as of right now, these do not exist. Although Alienware is supposedly coming out with their next laptop and it will have a external GPU case, to use desktop GPU's on a laptop. BUT this will only work with that specific laptop.

Well I don't want it to have an actual slot in it so PCI or pcie doesn't matter. What alien where's doing isn't that new an idea, they just put it in a box. There are multi GPU external box things around but I'm just looking for something that'll hold an expansion card and keep the dust off.
