i know but do you think that amd/ nvidia could make it so that it stack?
No.. The biggest issue is that if the GPU needed to access data that is in the other GPU's memory, the latency for that data transfer would be too much for the first GPU to process the data efficiently..
For each GPU to be able to render a frame, that GPU needs all the game data and texture files available for processing as quickly as possible. The only way to have the data available that quickly is to have all the data stored in the GPU's own built-in memory.
