GPU Temps With Bitfenix Prodigy Window

To anyone who uses a prodigy with a window...

How much does having one affect your GPU temps?

I'm thinking of getting one, but im unsure and worried the GPU wont get enough fresh air and throttle.

I have the black version of the case and my GPU is a MSI R9 270.
