I have an NZXT Switch 810 that i plan to replace with a newer Switch 810 cause there are small parts ive broken that are becoming annoying.

Before i do this, i'm making a decision on if i should keep my cooler or replace it with a different model altogether.

Currently in my build, it's...

CPU - AMD FX 8350

Motherboard - M5 A99FX Pro R2.0

GPU - EVGA GTX 770

PSU - EVGA 850 G2

RAM - Corsair Vengence 16GB (2x 8GB)

CPU Cooler - Thermaltake Water Extreme 3.0 (w/ stock 120mm fans)

Case Fans - 2x White 140mm Spectre Pro PWM (front), 3x NZXT Stock fan (rear, bottom, middle/HDD Cage)

The thermaltake was a pain to install, plus i'd rather have a cooler with a 140mm fan, so i'm thinking of getting the Kraken X61. Considering i don't plan to overclock anything, would using either one of these coolers instead of a fan considered overkill? If not, would the Kraken X61 be a better choice or the Thermaltake Extreme 3.0?

The temps currently aren't an issue, but I'm concerned with whenever i have to take out any of the parts to move somewhere else, that i might end up damaging the CPU/Motherboard cause of how the setup is.

Any thoughts?
