I'm thinking about making a RAID 0 on two SSDs for my main rig. If I do so, will Windows 8 still automatically use TRIM? Or is TRIM not supported on a RAID array of SSDs? Thanks!

Main Rig:  FX-8320 || EVGA 650 Ti BOOST || AsRock 970 Extreme3 || Corsair 800D || 8 Gb Crucial Ballistix || Antec HCG 520M || Noctua NH-D14
LAN Party Rig: FX-4100 || EVGA 550 Ti || ASUS M5A78L-M LX PLUS || Cooler Master 430 Elite || 4 Gb Corsair Vengeance || Antec HCG 400 || Cooler Master Gemin 2

I think you'll be fine, though there is a way to check and manually enable TRIM through the command line if you are concerned that TRIM is not enabled. Just use Intel SATA ports if possible.

EDIT: went away and checked this out. Yes, TRIM is enabled on all 7 series motherboards (i.e. H67, Z77, Z87, H87 etc) when using Intel's Matrix/Rapid Storage Technology RAID assuming you're using the 11.0 driver version or later (for reference, 11.2 was the current release in August 2012, so you should be fine there). Note that whilst TRIM is also enabled on RAID 1 arrays, it does not appear to be supported for RAID 10.
