Need some help with Eyefinity adaptors!

Go to solution Solved by bmwbaxter,

I believe you should be fine, if you have 3 monitors and 3 connectors you should be fine.

Hey guys need help here!!! (sorry for the english in advance...)

So im going to go with Eyefinity, and i already got the monitors, but i did not think of the miniDP to DVI active adaptors.

I got a Sapphire card that came with an active adaptor. at the back of my card there is one DVI and 4 miniDP ports (HD 7990) and i just wonder if i need two active adaptors ( + the native DVI) to run Eyefinity. So with my Sapphire card came one active and one passive adaptor, but not sure if i can use the passive in the third monitor (so thats one active + one passive + native DVI from the back of the card for Eyefinity).

So am i safe for Eyfinity, or do I need to get another active miniDP to DVI adaptor to run Eyefinity???
