Hi! I have been working on this build for a while now and the time I plan on buying gets closer and closer so i'd like some thoughts. My budget is 1500 USD. I'm in Colorado, USA and I have easy access to a Micro Centre if that's important. I am looking to play games at 1080p max settings and this $1500 budget needs to include peripherals and monitor (no need for an OS). I plan to add another 8 gigs of ram, water cool my CPU, SLI my GPUs, add case fans, and get some nice peripherals later on but for now this would be everything. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

That's a very solid build for 1080p

And unless you plan for multi monitor setup, there's no need for SLI, spend it on peripherals

I plan on only one monitor because it of course costs more and the bezels ruin it for me. So a single 970 will be enough in 1 - 1 1/2 years?

A single 970 will stomp 1080p in at least 3.5 ~ 4 years
