Will this cooling loop fit together.

I am planning on getting new tubing and fittings. With this i am stuck on whether the fittings and tubes that I am planning on buying will fit or not.

I will be using compression fittings from XSPC and the tubing from XSPC. 

 

Could someone please tell me what the common size for tubing and fittings are. I would like to know the "unofficial" standard.

 

I have been quoted from a Perth computer store. I will provide a atach below and I would like to see if it works together. Taken PDF Down
