Screen freak out

So, recently I think that my graphics card has caused a few problems. Essentially the problem is that when I start a you tube video, the screen will go white with tons of lines going across, so far it hasn't happened when doing anything else, but I'm just wondering what it is.

The graphics card is a msi R9 270 (its not overclocked)

Tried updating the drivers?

 

Which browser are you using? If you're using Chrome it has flash built in. If not try updating flash player.

Yeah Im dumb I should have checked for drivers before posting haha. Im installing drivers now, will come back if it persists. Thanks
