Yes, I think you would get an easy 120fps on that GPU. Quite playable I think. :P:D

I am amazed by this card. Although its a pretty big card, I've had it for over 5 years and it's still running very smoothly. Besides the occasional over heat due to dust collection. What do you guys think about this card?

 

Any card that is not defective and run within spec should last at least that long. I've only ever had one card truly fail on me, even after years of use, and it was replaced under warranty immediately. I'm fairly sure that I have a Voodoo 3 from 1999 that would still function.

 

The GT 220 is extremely low-end, even for its time (the second '2' indicates its position relative to other 2xx cards). Very little power runs through it and it probably generates little heat. It will probably outlive us all. Its performance will only really allow you to play older games, 2D games, or just simply plug in a monitor, though.

I say, if you're going to have such a low end card just skip it and go with Intel's integrated iGPU. ;)

My Geforce 210 can run MINECRAFT in like 60 thousand FPS!!!!!!

It stinks more than the 220, throw it. Across the room, soak it in a bathtub, pour gasoline over it, and torch it along with your house and earnings...

Or just use the iGPU
